Projects

The following projects were all taken from spreadsheet to reality by Marcus Griffin, in collaboration with various team members.  Marcus developed these properties while serving as Chief Financial Officer of Klein Capital Solutions, Roem Corporation and as an independent consultant.  

Marcus was responsible for creating each project’s financial plan and also applying for and obtaining subsidies at the local, county, state and Federal level. Marcus then managed the entire closing process, working with public and private lenders and investors to complete due diligence and project documentation (partnership agreements, loan agreements, etc.), including identifying and resolving complex tax and financial structuring issues. Finally, Marcus oversaw the asset management function, insuring that tax credit compliance and reporting followed all program requirements. Marcus maintains an ownership interest in several of these properties.
